What are the delivery times?

Our orders are shipped within 48 business hours. Delivery time is generally 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. Just contact us quickly at contact@blimapilates.fr with your order number.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link to follow your package in real time. You can also scroll to the bottom of the website and click on "Track my package" in the footer.

Do you ship internationally?

We deliver to several European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

How can I make a return?

You have 30 days after receipt to return an unused product in its original packaging. Simply email us at contact@blimapilates.fr for return instructions. You can also scroll to the bottom of the website and click on "Returns" in the footer.

Are Blima Pilates products guaranteed?

Yes, all our accessories come with a quality guarantee covering any manufacturing defects.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request its cancellation by email.

How do I care for my rug or accessories?

Wipe them regularly with a damp cloth and let them air dry. Avoid abrasive products to preserve their durability.

Can I receive an invoice after my purchase?
